Friday - 1. Email BSASupport@Sterlingcheck.com to request access to an account to conduct pre-employment screening. The subject line of email should state: Request for pre-employment screening account - BSA Council __(insert the BSA council name and number, and HQ City/State)__ 2. This email must come from the Scout Executive or contain approval from the Scout Executive. 3. The email must explicitly request enablement of pre-employment screening and include the following information: a. The name of the person responsible for processing the invoice, with phone number and email address. b. Name, email, and phone number of the people who will be placing background check orders in the pre-employment screening account. 4. The request may take 5 to 8 business days to complete. 5. Once the account is set up, Council will receive a confirmation email along with a training guide specific to new employees and submitting orders directly through the Sterling system. Reviewing orders will follow the same process as your volunteer screening. NOTE: The pre-employment account is not to be used for seasonal camp staff employees as they receive a CBC when the Council registers them (required to be done on a yearly basis) as a member of their camp staff in the Council Camp Staff (Adult) Position.
