Blog post edited by Chadd Blanchard OA LodgeMaster Users,Over the weekend, the OA LodgeMaster Team released an update to the LodgeMaster Lodge Client adding two additional automated emails to the Inductions Module and adding one new enhancement. The Ordeal Candidate Congratulations Letter To Parent and Congratulations Letter To Candidate emails have been enabled and are both now running. If the election results have been marked as announced the emails will be sent at 8:00 AM CST one day after the election results have been approved. If the election results are set to be announced at a future date; the emails will be sent at 8:00 AM CST on the announced date.On Monday, March 1, 2021 the LodgeMaster will automatically send the Congratulations Letter To Parent and Congratulations Letter To Candidate emails to any 2021 ordeal candidate entered prior to February 21, 2021 if the results are marked as announced. Candidates with an announcement date in the future will receive their email at 8:00 AM CST on the announcement date as described above.In addition to the new automated emails, we have added council time zone to Lodge Configuration. We have automatically populated this based on your council service center zip code. Please review the time zone we set and adjust as needed. Note: This is the time zone for your council headquarters not your local time zone.
