IMPORTANT UPDATE: NEW CBC PROCESS FOR RESCREEN ORDERS

An important process change occurred that will create Criminal Background Check Orders for Adults Registered in CBC-Required Positions who did not have CBC within the prior two years since their last Completed Date. This new process began on March 11, 2026.This replaces the Mass CBC Rechecks previously used to keep Registered Adults current for CBC. When viewing the Person Profile, Private Tab, under CBC History, a new entry of CBC_Rescreen (with Date/Time of Order) will appear if a Rescreen Order was transmitted.Processing will occur as before, including Reports for Validation Errors and Submitted Orders. Records on the First Advantage Client Hub will show, if appropriate, the Rescreen Package in place of the Volunteer Package. The CBC information reported will be the same although the Package names are different. No other procedure or process changes for Criminal Background Checking occurred. If there are questions, please submit a ticket to Member Care and include Member IDs.
