We continue to see members records that need correction in the area of Effective/Expiry date, Paid Status, and Registration Status. HD tickets need to be submitted when you have this issue. The roster provides the incorrect effective and expiry dates, We are working on this issue and additional HD tickets do not need to be submitted. We continue to have issues where the renewals are not showing on the roster. HD tickets need to be submitted when you have this issue. We continue to have issues where someone renews and their paid position is correct, but all the multiples are expired. HD tickets need to be submitted when you have this issue.
