CBC PASSWORD FOR VOLUNTEER ADVANTAGE UPDATEDThe scheduled reset of the CBC Password for Volunteer Advantage occurred on Wednesday night, September 20. The new Password is displayed in Registrar Tools – CBC Admin. Councils must not try to change their CBC Password.  Report any Password issue to Member Care. ACTION FOR COUNCILS WITH PENDING RECORDSCouncils with records submitted to Volunteer Advantage that remain in Pending Status have been notified that these records need to be checked in Volunteer Advantage and then the appropriate Complete Date is to be manually entered.  Councils were notified individually, and a listing of Pending Records was provided.  Please note that these records did not have Validation Errors and each one was successfully submitted to First Advantage.  The notification was by email and was directed to the Scout Executive.
