Grade and Program Rollover is confirmed to begin processing on Thursday, June 16, at 11:00 PM, CDT, and will be completed before the next business day. The previously announced plan regarding records that will be advanced by Grade and rolled by Program has not changed. Councils may monitor the changes by capturing pre-reports next Thursday and post-reports on Friday, June 17. Please be aware that counts may not be identical between the two days because automated systems such as Online Registration and Transfer will continue to be used to add and transfer members. There is no system lock-out associated with this process and other updates will occur even as Grades and Programs are being rolled. Councils will use Registrar Tools to update records as needed after completion. If there are concerns, the specific information must be submitted to Member Care in an incident.
