Processing began Wednesday to Submit new orders for records Pending in Volunteer Advantage that were first submitted in January. Councils may see duplicate records if original records were still Pending. This will have no effect on the processing of the new order. In addition, the Aging will reset to the new Submit date and will initially increase Current Due. As the new orders are Completed, the results will return to the AKELA Database and update the person record and Aging Report. Only records that meet the Validation rules and were still Pending are included. Councils will need to resolve records that do not validate, as usual. Submittal of these new orders into Volunteer Advantage will complete on Thursday, February 10.
