Blind by age 10 due to Coats disease, Willis competed in cross country and track using a simple tether system with a guide runner. As the Summit prepares to welcome thousands of Scouts and Scouters for the 2026 National Jamboree, a team of Arrowmen has been working behind the scenes to prepare the site and ensure it’s safe and accessible to welcome Arrowmen this summer.</div>
